![]() I started another help ticket, as per the first advisor's advice on the subject. At this point I'd been chatting with them for over an hour. ![]() ![]() Advisor told me at least 5 times that they couldn't provide me with any answers and that I could start another help ticket if I wanted. At that point I reclarified my question about why I was unable to get to the page to purchase the games on sale. ![]() After clarifying that point, the advisor finally checked things out on their end and let me know that actually, the sale had not ended on the 28th like they said originally- it ended at 16:00 EST. I was confused, since I had just clicked on a link that advertised the sale through Nov 30th. I contacted an EA advisor in the hopes that I could find out what the problem was- was the sale over already? First I spoke with one advisor on live chat who initially told me that the sale had ended on the 28th. When I clicked the link, I was taken to a page in the Origin app that displayed a 404 error, meaning the page had been removed. At 15:00 EST yesterday, Nov 30, I clicked on a link in the Origin app itself that advertised 50 percent off expansion packs for The Sims 4.
